Ordering & Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is completely free on all orders, no minimum order value.

Where do you ship?

We ship across India through multiple trusted courier partners, including DHL, BlueDart and Delhivery.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are usually dispatched within 1-3 days, and delivery typically takes 5-9 days in major cities. Delivery times can vary by destination and may be affected by factors outside our control, like weather or courier delays.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your parcel on the courier's website.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay securely using any of the payment options shown at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

You can request a return within 3 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase. A return charge of 3% of the order value applies to returns. Sale items and gift cards can't be returned.

How do I start a return?

Email us at kravicinfo@gmail.com with your order details. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without requesting a return first won't be accepted.

When will I get my refund?

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know if the refund is approved. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank or card company may take a little longer to post it.

What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?

Contact us at kravicinfo@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with clear proof of the issue. For damaged items, an unboxing video of the parcel helps us resolve it faster, and you can choose a return or a replacement.
